The vision behind Duke of Prussia

We at Duke of Prussia are convinced that the combination of modern fashion with the tradition of intellectual Prussian figures is not a contradiction in today's world.

With our collection we want to celebrate the heritage of the great minds of Prussian and Berlin history and at the same time create modern and unusual fashion. We believe that the combination of modern fashion with the enlightened and artistic Prussian tradition makes it possible to present a new connection between the traditional and modern, colourful and culturally diverse Berlin.

From colourful and bright to sober and understated, each piece represents the achievements and works of the respective great minds and artists. By limiting our design lines, we force ourselves to rethink our concepts every year and to reflect freshly on the work of great minds such as Humboldt and Schinkel.

"The most dangerous of all philosophies is the philosophy of people who have not studied the world."

Alexander von Humboldt

We care about the history and the future

Two things are particularly close to our hearts; the preservation of history and the future of the region. This is why Duke of Prussia donates a portion of its profits every year to projects for the preservation of Prussian cultural monuments, as well as local non-profit organisations that focus on cultural education, for example, but also on the integration of refugees and support for the socially disadvantaged. In addition, projects that promote the city's greenery are to be supported in future.

"Architecture is the continuation of nature in its constructive activity."

Karl Friedrich Schinkel
